Mobile Massage / In Home Massage
With a mobile massage you can get the therapeutic massage that you need to help you with pain, stress, tension and more. With everything that all of us do, we need to take care of ourselves so that we can perform at our best. One of the best ways to do that is to get a therapeutic massage to help relieve tension and stress from the body and mind.
The problem most people have with getting the much needed massage is finding the time to go out to to a location. That is where we come in, we provide mobile (in home) massage therapy where we drive to you with all of the everything for the perfect massage. It is just like going to a massage place but done in the privacy of your own home.
Getting a massage at your location can save you a lot of time and stress. You will no longer no need to worry about the time of getting there and back, the stress of driving through traffic, or getting all relaxed from the massage and then have to get up, dressed and drive.
Therapeutic massage is much more than pampering yourself. It can help with many things, such as pain relief, reduced stress levels, increased range of motion, more restful sleep, better digestion, reducing fluid retention, balancing the hormones, etc.
For some people, massage has been the only thing that brought them any relief. If you are dealing with pain, stress, limited range of motion, anxiety, or more, give us a call to schedule your mobile massage.

How often should you get massages?
One of the questions that we get asked a lot is 'How often should I get a massage?' Our answer is generally: that is completely up to you and what you feel you need.
If you have 'stuff' going on (crick in the neck that won't go away, frozen shoulder, low back pain, etc.), you might want to consider at least weekly to every other week, in the beginning, and then move down to monthly if and when you want to. It took a while for that issue to become a chronic issue and it will take a little while to get rid of it. Massages are great and can be very helpful, but they are not a miracle "pill".
If it is a more recent issue then it may not need as much work to get rid of it. So you may be able to do every other week or even once a month.
It also depends on what you may be doing that is either causing the issue or making it worse, and what you are willing to change to help yourself.
Everyone is different and has different needs, and every body is different and responds differently to massage work. Some people respond more quickly than others. Some people get them weekly and some go weeks/months/years.
However, massages do have a cumulative healing effect, so the more regularly and consistently you get a massage the longer you feel the benefits. This is because you will be able to work on the cause of the issue and not just the effect (the aches and pains).
