Scheduling/Appointment Time

The scheduled appointment time is the time the therapist will arrive at your home. If you would like them to arrive earlier so that you can get started at a particular time, please state so when scheduling the appointment. It will take about 10-15 minutes to set-up and to be ready to give the massage.

Upon arrival of the therapist, if you do not answer the door, or your phone, the therapist will wait up to 15 minutes (which will be taken away from the massage if you show up), then they will leave, and the appointment will be considered a no show.

Cancellation/Rescheduling/Reducing length of massage

The time scheduled for your massage has been reserved specifically for you. With out proper notice we will not be able to fill time with another appointment. Our time valuable and deserves to be respected. If you don't want to risk having to pay a cancellation fee, we respectfully ask that you contact us the day you know you have time to get a massage, if we have time available, we will schedule you.

Once the appointment is scheduled our cancellation policy is in effect, for any changes, whether it is to cancel, reschedule, or reduce the time scheduled.

For individual massages or couple’s massages:

24 hour notice is required for ANY changes, including cancelling, rescheduling, or reducing time scheduled

If 24 hour notice is not given the Cancellation Fee will be:

If 72 hour notice is not given, the Cancellation Fee will be:

Less than 72 hours notice, but more than 48 hours - 50% of the rate for the scheduled time, per massage

Less than 48 hours - 100% of the rate for the scheduled time, per massage

Time Length of Massage

The hands on length of the massage is for the full time that is booked, for example 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes, except for reason listed below.

If the start of the appointment to delayed for any reason due to the client, that time will be deducted from the total hands on massage time and payment of the entire scheduled time will still be required.

Once the massage has been started, if the appointment is stopped, paused or cancelled due to needs or actions of the client, the client is responsible for paying the fee of the entire scheduled time. If the massage is paused, per the client's request, if the therapist has time to add additional time to your appointment, they can do so for an additional fee.

We use gps (generally Google Maps) to find your location, if you know gps has a problem with finding your location or it will send us to the wrong location and we are not informed before arriving, the amount of time it takes us to locate the correct location will be deducted from your appointment time. If the therapist has time to add additional time to your appointment, they can do so for an additional fee.

If the appointment is delayed due to the therapist, if time allows they will give the full time of the massage. If time does not allow, the client will receive a discount in accordance with the amount of time the appointment was delayed.

Client Conduct

It is the client's responsibility to inform the therapist of all medical conditions, at all times.

When possible, the therapist will do their best to make adjustments.

Reminders for Appointments

We generally DO NOT send a reminders for appointments. We expect adults to be able to keep track of the appointments they book. Every smart phone has a calendar app on it. If you need a reminder, you can put the appointment on your calendar and set the reminder you need. On our end, once an appointment is booked we put it on our calendar immediately and set a reminder for it. If there is ever a time we don't put it on our calendar and we miss your appointment we will offer a discount on the rebooked massage (this has never happened in 16 years).
