What to Expect For Your Mobile Massage

The licensed massage therapist will arrive at the scheduled appointment time, possibly a few minutes before. For your first visit, you will need to complete intake form/health waiver. The therapist will set up in the space you provided, it takes about 10-15 minutes to setup, and 10-15 minutes to pack up after the massage. To be able to schedule your day appropriately, pleases plan for the length of massage and an additional 30+/- minutes of time that we will be there.

After setting up, your massage therapist will review your intake form and consult with you and tailor your massage to your needs. They will leave the room so you can disrobe to your comfort level, get on the massage table and get comfortable, as well as time to wash their hands. They will return to the room and begin your massage.

Your massage will be hands on work for the entire length you scheduled for, unless there is a delay or pause on your end. Professional boundaries are maintained at all times, including use of proper draping. At any point, if you do not like the pressure or techniques, let your therapist know so they can make adjustments. Clear and honest communication is essential to be able to provide you with the best massage possible.

Once your session has ended, the massage therapist will leave the room. This allows you time to get up and get dressed, and for them to wash their hands. They will then return to the room to pack up, collect payment, and leave you to relax.

After we have left, you can do whatever you would like. Some clients just relax and take it easy for the rest of the day, or a few hours. Some take a nap. Some people like to take a nice bath or shower, or jump into the hot tub. Other people like to get right back to doing what they were doing  before their massage.
