Traveling Therapeutic Massage has certain policies and standards that is operates from, by scheduling an appointment with Traveling Therapeutic Massage you are agreeing to the following policies:

Privacy Policy - information regarding how we collect your personal information, how we store it and how we use it

Payment
Full payment is expected at the time of service. Types of acceptable payments are cash, credit card, Paypal, or Zelle. We do not submit billings to any insurance company. If you would like a receipt for insurance or taxes purposes please let the therapist know when you are paying and an invoice can be emailed to you.

Same day appointments require payment by credit card before the therapist will be sent.

Scheduling/Appointment Time
A credit card is required to schedule any appointment, however the appointment can be paid for with cash at the time of the massage.

The scheduled appointment time is the time the therapist will arrive at your home. If you would like them to arrive earlier so that you can get started at a particular time, please state so when scheduling the appointment. It will take about 10-15 minutes to set-up and to be ready to give the massage.

Upon arrival of the therapist, if you do not answer the door, or your phone, the therapist will wait up to 15 minutes (which will be taken away from the massage if you show up), then they will leave, and the appointment will be considered a no show.

Time Length of Massage
If the start of the appointment to delayed on the part of the client, that time will be deducted from the total massage time with no discount.

Once the massage has been started, if the appointment is stopped or cancelled due to needs or actions of the client, the client is responsible for paying the fee of the entire scheduled time.

Once the massage is started, that is the beginning of the amount of time booked, if the client needs to pause the massage for any reason, that time is taken away from the massage and the client is still charged for the time. For example, a one hour massage is booked for 1:00. After setting up and getting ready the massage starts at 1:15, at 1:30 the client receives a phone call, needs to use the restroom, has to let someone in, etc., and has to pause the massage for any length of time, the massage will still end at 2:15 unless the client is willing to pay for additional time and time allows.

If the appointment is delayed due to the therapist, if time allows they will give the full time of the massage. If time does not allow, the client will receive a discount in accordance with the amount of time the appointment was delayed.

We use gps (generally Google Maps) to find your location, if you know gps will send us to the wrong location and we are not informed before arriving, the amount of time it takes us to locate the correct location will be deducted from your appointment time. If the therapist has time to add additional time to your appointment, they can do so for an additional fee.
